Introduction

These Terms & Conditions are issued by Bron Yr Aur Creative Micronation Ltd (referred to as “the Company,” “we,” or “us”). By becoming a Founding Citizen of Bron Yr Aur, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which govern your participation in the micro-nation, including your citizenship, access to services, and responsibilities within the community.

Founding Citizen Status

These terms apply specifically to individuals who join as Founding Citizens during the initial phase of the Bron Yr Aur Creative Micronation. Future tiers of citizenship may be governed by separate terms and conditions.

Services and Benefits

As a Founding Citizen, you are joining the exciting next chapter in Bron Yr Aur’s rich legacy. While the history of Bron Yr Aur spans centuries, the establishment of the micro-nation is a new and evolving venture.

Phased Rollout of Services

Some services and benefits will be available immediately upon sign-up. Additional services will be introduced progressively over the next 12 months. Certain features and offerings will be rolled out gradually over the next five years as the micro-nation grows and evolves.

Important Notes

The services and benefits associated with your citizenship tier have been outlined in the marketing materials provided during sign-up. While we are committed to delivering the highest quality experience, some services may be subject to delays or adjustments due to development timelines, resource availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Founding Citizens will be kept informed of progress and updates regarding the rollout of services.

Lifetime Access

As a Founding Citizen, you are entitled to lifetime access to the services and benefits associated with your citizenship tier.

Definition of Lifetime

“Lifetime” refers to the duration of time during which the Company continues to provide the services and products outlined for Founding Citizens. Your status as a citizen will remain valid indefinitely, provided you remain in good standing as defined in Section 4.3. Access to services and benefits may be revoked if you fail to maintain good standing.

Termination and Cancellation

4.1 Voluntary Termination

Citizens may cancel their membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term, and no further charges will apply.

4.2 Involuntary Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate citizenship without notice for violations of these Terms & Conditions or harmful conduct.

4.3 Good Standing

“Good standing” is defined as compliance with all community standards, no violations of these Terms & Conditions, and no engagement in harmful or illegal activities.

Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable. By signing up, you acknowledge that your contribution supports the development of Bron Yr Aur Creative Micronation Ltd and its ongoing services.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party services.
• Privacy and Data Protection

The Company processes personal data in compliance with GDPR. Data is used solely for delivering services and will not be shared with third parties unless legally required.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed through mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.

Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Changes will be communicated, and continued participation constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
